RESPONSIBLITIES
Qualified candidate will undertake all aspects of administrative work including HR, and development of internal control policies and procedures.
- Basic Human Resources tasks (filing and documentations – related to Employees)
- Provide General Admin support.
- Preparation and processing of payroll.
- Maintains office services (monitoring certificates & licenses expiry; organizing office operations and procedures; preparing reports; controlling correspondence; filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions).
- Manage all Human Resources transactions Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation; Preparation of HR related letters and emails; Responsible to administer the following towards employee and dependents liaising with local UAE Government and ministries such as:
- Obtain new employee visas / work permits for all expatriate employees.
- Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
- Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of Visas of employees.
Qualifications: Can join immediately;
Abu Dhabi HR Experience and administrative experience is a must at least 2 years in UAE
(experienced in a consultant is a plus)
Salary (to be discuss upon interview)
Excellent knowledge of administrative & Human Resources regulations and procedures;
Experienced in handling customer calls and forwarding concerns or enquiries to relevant departments within the company.

Salary: From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate: Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: Administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Administrative Assistant Cum Accountant: 2 years (Preferred)
Language: Arabic (Preferred)
